Returns and Cancellation

 

Returns for damaged pieces-

 

  • Make sure you treat the artwork with care!  It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks

  • Please ensure you return the artwork in its original packaging along with the original bill. In order for us to accept your return, the artwork must be in the same condition it arrived in.

 

Just contact us via email, we will assist you in filling out a returns form (have photos ready if the artwork is damaged in transit)

 

 

Cancellation –

 

No matter what the reason, you can cancel your artwork order right up until it's been shipped.  We will contact you to arrange a full refund. 

These Rules come into effect in February 2022
